“I follow Jesus.” That’s what members of Eastward Christian Fellowship will tell you. Why? Because we’ve found that He’s made an incredible difference in our lives, and we want to share this Good News!

Here are some examples of what He’s done for us when we pray:

“I felt like my heart was an ice cube that was gently melting.”

“Our marriage began to heal. We feel like we are just floating along in God’s love.”

“What a wild & crazy answer to prayer! I am so encouraged and certain that God is arranging pieces of my life just as He planned. “

“Each time someone prayed, something deeper happened!”

Here is what God’s Word has to say about the One we follow…

John 3:16-17
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

Romans 3:23
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Romans 5:8
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

1 Peter 3:18
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit.

Ephesians 2:8-9
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.

Romans 10:9
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

John 14:6
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Acts 4:12
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved

John 6:47
I tell you the solemn truth, the one who believes has eternal life.

Revelation 3:20
Listen! I am standing at the door and knocking! If anyone hears my voice and opens the door I will come into his home and share a meal with him, and he with me.
